Complaints bringing to a close
The following table contains the reasons for bringing the complaints lodged in year 2013 and in the
previous years to a close.
Closing of files within the same year denotes that the Plaintiffs were granted redress on various
criteria, in addition to issuing of recommendations. They include settlement, provision of redress
during the inquiry, and consent of the plaintiff to withdraw complaint on the basis of getting a
suitable relief in return.
