A special lecture was delivered by the Commissioner, Dr. Prathiba Mahanamahewa, on 16. 01.2013. Commissioner, Mrs. Jezzima Ismail delivered a special lecture on Women Rights following the screening  of  the  film  ‘English  Winglish’.
