1. Status of Policy Recommendations and Opinions
In 2022, the Commission made 33 policy recommendations, which is an increase of seven
compared to the previous year. It expressed 67 opinions, which marks a 13% decrease from
the previous year. In addition, the Commission continued its efforts to improve various laws,
regulations, policies, and practices related to human rights, including submitting four opinions,
which is consistent to the previous year.
Since its establishment, the Commission has seen a cumulative acceptance rate of 86.9% for
its recommendations. This rate has shown a slight decreasing trend over time.
