protection of women, children and disabled persons in the place of work. 3.  The States parties recognize the right of the child to be protected from economic exploitation and from being forced to perform any work that is likely to be hazardous or to interfere with the child’s education or to be harmful to the child’s health or physical, mental, spiritual, moral or social development. To this end, and having regard to the relevant provisions of other international instruments, States parties shall in particular: (a) Define a minimum age for admission to employment; (b)  Establish appropriate regulation of working hours and conditions; (c)  Establish appropriate penalties or other sanctions to ensure the effective endorsement of these provisions. 4. There shall be no discrimination between men and women in their enjoyment of the right to effectively benefit from training, employment and job protection and the right to receive equal remuneration for equal work. 5. Each State party shall ensure to workers who migrate to its territory the requisite protection in accordance with the laws in force. Article 35 1. Every individual has the right to freely form trade unions or to join trade unions and to 20
