Key inspection targets include enterprises with a history of habitual violations, industries with a high rate of labor law violations, and business units employing vulnerable groups in significant numbers. The Fisheries Agency's inspections of labor rights in the distant water fisheries sector (detailed later) are similar to labor inspections conducted by local labor authorities under their jurisdiction.
