III. Buildings and Infrastructures Throughout the years, various building maintenance and improvements are carried out in the Central Office and the Regional Offices. One of the major high light is the construction of the CHR Central office new building which started in 2021. The project is currently on full swing and is expected to be completed this year. Other highlights include the completion of the CHR Elevator and beautification of its surroundings, installation of the CCTV System, Fire Suppressor system, construction of the Collaboratory, Zen Garden, Wellness Center, and many more completed projects. IV. Manpower Complement In 2021, out of 842 positions 654 were filled-up and served as the CHR workforce for both central and regional offices, of the 654, 285 are male and 369 are female.
