In addition, the NHRC, India invites the Chairperson of the National Commission for the Protection of Child Rights as a ‘Special Invitee’ to all its Statutory Full Commission Meetings since the NCPCR has a significant bearing on all issues concerning the rights of children. 74 Annual Report 2017-2018
