Financial and career support
Victims of workplace sexual harassment
experience financial impacts in the form
of healthcare costs, career interruptions,
reduced earning capacity and legal
expenses.
The Commission’s recommendations
to enhance psychosocial support,
information, referral, advice and advocacy
services for people affected by workplace
sexual harassment will better support
victims to access the redress and
compensation they may need to address
the often significant financial impacts of
experiencing harassment.
