Financial and career support Victims of workplace sexual harassment experience financial impacts in the form of healthcare costs, career interruptions, reduced earning capacity and legal expenses. The Commission’s recommendations to enhance psychosocial support, information, referral, advice and advocacy services for people affected by workplace sexual harassment will better support victims to access the redress and compensation they may need to address the often significant financial impacts of experiencing harassment.
