c. Engaging with the Parliament In order to handle the situation, an evaluation form for institutions’ efforts in combating Covid-19 was issued containing 25 indicators of violations relating to the right to health, the performance of health institutions, and the state's response to the social and economic aspects. During the past period, the Commission issued three reports on the evaluation of the response of state’s institutions. These forms were sent to the relevant institutions, the government, parliament and the media to create a sense of urgent calls to action. Moreover, the commission also received numerous complaints, from individuals, human rights activists, and organizations, relating to certain violations committed by government bodies, and they referred them to the public prosecutor. 11
