15. Employee remuneration As a Crown entity, the Commission is required to disclose in its annual report the number of employees receiving total remuneration of $100,000 or more per annum. Total remuneration includes end-of-contract payments such as contractual notice pay and accrued leave entitlements but excludes cessation payments. In compliance, the table below has been produced, which is in $10,000 bands to preserve the privacy of individuals. Because Commissioners and the Director are not employees of the Commission they are not included in the table.
