Offer flexible programming that allows for rest, recuperation, and cultural activities.

Assist HRDs in planning for their post-relocation futures, including exploring possibilities for safe
return or extension of stay.

Maintain support for defenders beyond the duration of the relocation initiative, ensuring ongoing
assistance and resources.
