s 52 [HRA 51] HUMAN RIGHTS & ANTI-DISCRIMINATION COMMISSION ACT 2009 [HRA 52] Regulations 51 The Minister may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed or that are convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act. [HRA 52] Repeals, transition 52 (1) The Human Rights Commission Act 1999 is repealed. (2) Any complaint, proceeding or investigation, being dealt with by the Commission or the Proceedings Commissioner prior to the commencement of this Act, shall continue to be dealt with by the Commission or the Proceedings Commissioner, but only pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
