By type of institution, those that received the most petition-related recommendations in 2021
were educational institutions with 139 recommendations (124 last year), local governments with
75 (78 last year), the police with 60 (70 last year), central administrative agencies with 60 (60 last
year), and public institutions with 44 (36 last year).
Meanwhile, the rate of acceptance was 100% for multi-user care facilities, the military, detention
facilities, non-profit corporations and groups, and the Prosecution.
