Dr Kumar has been working in the ield of legal aspects of medicine for the last fourteen years and is at present Professor of Forensic Medicine at Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi. As evident from the contents of his valuable expert opinions, he has a clear vision and understanding of the intricacies related to health rights violation.
