ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS The Commission expresses its appreciation to the Director General of Prisons, Dato’ Sri Hj. Zulkifli bin Omar and all prison establishments throughout Malaysia that took part in the national survey on prison healthcare and the right to health in prison.
