China, Japan and Saudi Arabia are prominent among the countries in which capital punishment is implemented. The homicide rate in these countries is given below. According to the information submitted by UNDP China is a country which has a middle level human development rate. China is ranked as the 101st place in regard to social development line-up in the world in the year 2013. Japan is ranked at the 7th place while Saudi Arabia is ranked at the 57th place in this line-up. Though China is ranked at the 101 st place in regard to human development, it is a powerful country in the world as far as economic development is concerned.
