Information is captured based on a revised method of calculation, which may not necessarily indicate a decline in satisfaction rate. 29 The mediation satisfaction rate is measured as a simple ratio of the final question in a SurveyMonkey questionnaire which reads: “Overall, how satisfied were you with the mediation process?”. 413 questionnaires were sent out and 114 were returned – a response rate of 27.6%. The margin of error is+ _ 5.79 percentage points at the 95% confidence level. Survey Monkey has some limitations.
