The Commission looks forward to welcoming a new Chief Commissioner, Race Relations Commissioner and Equal Employment Opportunities Commissioner. The appointment of new Commissioners, along with the work of the review group to implement the recommendations in the Shaw Report, and the financial sustainability review, will provide further impetus to the Commission as it works for a free, fair, safe and just Aotearoa New Zealand, where diversity is valued, and human dignity and rights are respected.
