In the same context, the Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, as stated in Article (3/e), provides for the rights of children with disabilities, as it refers to the need to build-up their abilities, develop their skills and enhance their integration within the community. This shows the desire and insistence of the legislator to improve conditions for persons with disabilities since their earliest youth, support them in the different stages of development, and consider these rights obligations guaranteed by the State for the welfare of its children with disabilities. The right to education is deemed to be one of the most important methods to integrate children with disabilities in society and support their participation in it. In this regard, we refer the reader to what came in the right to education; in order to avoid repetition of ideas already mentioned. In this connection, the following observations were recorded: The need to take all necessary measures to ensure the enjoyment of children with disabilities of all their rights on an equal footing with other children; taking into account the child's best interest in all measures taken by States Parties.
