in cooperation and coordination with the relevant entities such as the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Social Development, to improve the conditions of the detainees and convicted from this category of society. To that end, a special ward in the Reform and Habilitation Center of Juwaida was assigned so as to include all the facilities relating to preparing the environment and services utilities and implementing a care program for them. The following represent information that we have reached about violations: 1.
