The reason behind the higher percentage of answers, amounting to 73.7%, to paragraph (3) is the awareness of persons with disabilities of their legal rights guaranteed to them by law and international standards, and that no discrimination between a person with a disability and others in terms of access to legal entities. In this connection, the following observations were recorded: 1. Each person, with a disability or not and whether a Jordanian or residing on the territory of Jordan, has the right to litigation. 2. Pursuant to the provisions of the law, this right is preserved in Jordanian courts by using sign language interpreters with cases of hearing disabilities, when one of the litigants or witnesses suffers 13
