Victim Classification Based on the Commission’s Public Complaints data throughout 2023, the highest number of victims who complained came from individuals (1,183 complaints), community groups (641 complaints), and individuals – workers/professionals (174 complaints). Classification of Complainant Parties Throughout 2023, Komnas HAM RI received a total of 2,753 complaints. Based on the complaints received by Komnas HAM RI, the highest were the Indonesian Police (771 complaints), Central and Regional Governments (537 complaints), and corporations (412 complaints). In addition, there are also categories of parties coming from other countries, namely gov- ernments of other countries (11 complaints) and foreign nationals (4 complaints).
