The site visit was inter- spersed with the “Declaration of Anti Bully” delivered by the representative children of the schools in Singkawang City. MEDIA COVERAGE AND PUBLIC ATTENTION TO THE 2023 HAM FESTIVAL There are 71 articles from 6 print medias and 65 online medias reporting the 2023 Human Rights Festival and all of these articles reported in a positive tone. According to data from the Human Rights Festival 2023 website (www.festivalham.com), 1,400 users have accessed the festival's official website. F. Reception of Visits Komnas HAM RI receives various requests for work visits, study visits, and requests for information from individuals, schools, universities, as well as legislative institutions, ministries, and other institutions. The visits aim to learn about human rights, the profile of institutions, the advancement and enforcement works of Komnas HAM RI, and about cases of human rights violations that are being discussed in the media. Based on records throughout 2023, Komnas HAM RI has received 11 visits. G. The Monitoring and The Evaluation of Komnas HAM RI Programs Komnas HAM RI develops mechanisms for monitoring and evaluation as an effort of institutional strengthening to look at the outputs, outcomes, learning, and good practices resulting from each Komnas HAM programs. Monitoring and evaluation are addressed to the alumni of human right trainings of Surakarta District that was 62 held in 2022. Monitoring and evaluation instruments use pre-test and post-test to examine the changes in participants’ knowledge. In addition, interviews were also conducted with alumni superiors and colleagues so that there is an overview of the transformation of knowledge and changes in the daily behavior of alumni in the work environment and in the community environment. H. The Participation of the Commissioners of Komnas HAM RI in Various Activities for Disseminating Human Rights Insights Komnas HAM RI throughout 2023 developed a strategy to involve leaders and Komnas HAM RI Members (commissioners) in the period 2022-2027 in disseminating human rights insights. This involvement was by becoming a spokesperson in several activities. This strategy is expected to have a significant impact on efforts to disseminate human rights insights, both in regards to the scope of beneficiaries and the quality of the materials delivered.
