Strengthening the implementation of human rights norms through the formulation of recommendations for improving the human rights situation for state organizations based on the study of various human rights topics; 2. Carrying out capacity building on human rights for various groups, including state apparatus, affected communities, civil society, and others; 3. Disseminating human rights insights to society through various publishing and spreading human rights information; 4. Raising public awareness of human rights through human rights campaigns by utilizing diverse social media to reach the public more extensively; 5. Strengthening collaboration and broadening coordination to advance human rights with diverse multi-stakeholders. 3.2. Realizing the Mandate of Human Rights Study and Research. Komnas HAM RI conducts studies and research as an effort to: (1) understand the scope, dynamics, and relationships between human rights violations; (2) measure compliance with human rights norms; (3) measure the effectiveness of the application of human rights norms; and (4) guide the organization of human rights-based programs. Komnas HAM RI conducts studies and research based on evidence-based practices through a series of activities of Komnas HAM RI in addressing new human rights challenges. The study and research aim to identify and understand the pattern of human rights violations in the context of the elections, acceleration of infrastructure development, and other human rights issues. Based on the mandate of Komnas HAM RI, research and studies are not only aimed at realizing strategic issues, but also at strengthening perspectives in understanding new human rights challenges throughout 2023. A. Drafting the Standards of Norms and Regulations (SNP) on Responding to Election Dynamics and Corporate Dominance The preparation of the SNP is an attempt by Komnas HAM RI to localize and bridge international human rights norms in national practice. In addition, the preparation of the SNP is the implementation of Komnas HAM RI as the norm entrepreneur to give an authoritative interpretation of the dynamics of human rights issues. The drafting of the SNP is expected to strengthen the policy ecosystem to make human rights norms effective in the national sphere.
