Komnas HAM RI conducted a field study into the PLTU of Cirebon (Unit 1 and Unit 2) and met with the fishermen community as victims of the power plant that has been established and has been operational since 2011. 2. The meeting of Komnas HAM with the Governor of East Nusa Tenggara discussed the efforts of the local government in preventing and handling human trafficking and the fulfillment of the victims’ rights in East Nusa Tenggara Province. 3. Komnas HAM RI carried out field visits and studies to the area of Indigenous Peoples Punan Tugung Punan Dulau, Sub-district of Sekatak, District of Bulungan, North Kalimantan as a follow-up to the Komnas HAM Inquiry on promoting accelerated recognition and determination of indigenous peoples and their native forests. 8. Komnas HAM RI carried out a Public Consultation on the Drafting of Standards of Norms and Regulations (SNP) on Business and Human Rights by inviting relevant local government agencies and civil society organizations to get input on the draft SNP. 9. Komnas HAM held a Multiparty Discussion with the Regional Government of Sekatak District, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province and held hearings with the Regent of Bulungan. 10.
