Based on the conflict and corporate activities in Papua, Komnas HAM has prepared an SNP regarding Business and Human Rights. This SNP tries to articulate a conflict-sensitive approach and develop human rights due diligence with higher standards for every corporation operating in Papua. D. Public Complaints related to the Right to Welfare In 2023, Komnas HAM RI was in a critical period to place the human rights agenda in the policy universe of Pres- government activities as a provider of essential basic services.
