Distribution of Complaint Areas The areas where alleged human rights violations occurred are spread across all provinces in Indonesia, such as DKI Jakarta (408 complaints), West Java (279 complaints), and North Sumatra (272 complaints). Apart from coming from within the country, complaints of alleged human rights violations also occurred in other countries, such as Saudi Arabia (15 complaints), Myanmar (11 complaints), Malaysia (10 complaints), and other countries. The total distribution of incidents abroad was 63 complaints.
