Cases in major countries 10 - As for Germany, the Federal Employment Service (FES) takes charge of recruitment of migrant workers employed based on a standard contract and operates an FES office named German Committee in the State of origin. Migrant workers recruited by the German Committee sign an employment contract made in both their mother tongue and German. Intensive education is carried out on particular risk factors at the workplace -- along with industrial disaster regulations -- in their mother tongue. They see to it that migrant workers are informed of important regulations through an interpreter.
