Closing of files within the same year denotes that the Plaintiffs were granted redress on various
criteria, in addition to issuing of recommendations. They include settlement, providing of redress
during the inquiry, and consent of the plaintiff to withdraw complaint on the basis of getting a
suitable relief in return.
