The Representation of the People Act, 1951: The conduct of
elections of the Houses of Parliament and to the House or Houses
of the Legislature of each State for all persons, without any kind of
discrimination.

enacted State legislature providing for the reservation to women
in the Panchayat in furtherance of A. 243D of the Constitution e.g.,
the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

the Empowerment of Women,
2016 needs to be finalised and
implemented.
