In the practical context related to the stage of receiving nomination
applications, objections, and filing judicial appeals, the NIHR has
observed the launch of a guiding manual by the relevant authorities.
This manual provides guidance on how to file judicial appeals before
the competent court regarding the decisions of the supervisory
committees on the integrity of the referendum and elections. The
manual includes a mechanism for electronically submitting such
appeals through linking this service to the electronic portal's website.
This enables stakeholders to submit their appeals without the need to
personally attend. The manual also includes some illustrative images
that facilitate the appellant in presenting their appeal in accordance
with the legal and established procedures.
