ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS The Commission would like to convey the deepest appreciation, especially to Inspector General of Police, YDH Tan Sri Dato’ Khalid Abu Bakar, Secretary of Inspector General of Police, YDH Dato’ Ramli b Hj Din; Secretariat of Inspector General of Police, YDH ACP Lim Leong Hock and YDH ASP Abdul Rahman Atan, in ensuring a smooth execution of the thematic study.
