Seremban Police Station Lock-up 1.17 During the visit to lock-ups, the Commission interviewed detainees, officers/personnel and administrators who were directly involved with detainees to gather their opinion regarding the current management system and issues related to deaths in detention. The prepared questions are tailored to the respondents’ situations in order to obtain detailed information on the situation. Both quantitative and qualitative data to facilitate the undetstanding of the issues at hand. Interviews are conducted with the following groups with the interview questions tailored according to identified respondents: i. Officers in-charge of Station (OCS); ii. Investigation Officers and Assistant Investigation Officers; iii. Personnel in-charge in supervising/managing detainees; iv. Detainees.
