4.8 Some Remarkable Decisions of Commission Meeting. 92nd Commission Meeting (12th of present Commission) • To strengthen the Commission, NHRC Act 2009 needs to be amended. NHRC will send letter to 333 government information and service, 999 emergency service and 109 VAW prevention helpline requesting to inform any such incidence to the commission if noticed. • To create awareness on human rights NHRC will form Human Rights Violation Prevention and Protection Committee in all divisions and districts. • A National Action plan will be formulated as per UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
