Following decisions were taken in the meeting: (1) A Survey will be done to identify the causes of internal migration (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) and way forward funded by UNDP or NHRC. A Survey may be conducted to identify the reasons for harassment of migrants and way forward. Letter will be sent to government’s concerned authority to resend those returnee migrants who lost jobs due to covid-19. Letter will be sent to the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs to form Courts in human trafficking prone areas. A survey will be done to identify problems faced by the migrants and recommendations will be sent accordingly. A survey will be done to identity steps that could be taken to prevent human trafficking. Letter will be sent to Ministry of Foreign Affairs to prepare detailed answer of TIP Report.
