4.2 Seminar Hon’ble President speaks at the Human Rights Day Program Human Rights Day 2021 celebration On 10 December 2021 NHRCB observed the Human Rights Day. Hon’ble President of People’s Republic of Bangladesh graced the program as the Chief Guest. He said, “NHRCB is the important institution for protecting human rights.” He called on the NHRCB to play more proactive role in protecting human rights of all including women, children PWDs, Dalit, transgender and ethnic minority people.
