In addition, there are 3 old folks homes (Rumah Warga Tua) in
Sabah namely Rumah Warga Tua Sri Pritchard in Kota Kinabalu,
Rumah Warga Tua Air Panas in Tawau and Rumah Warga Tua Sri
Harapan in Sandakan. Also in Sarawak, there are RSK Kuching and
RSK Sibu.

Rumah Ehsan (RE)/Ehsan Home
The admission into RE is limited to persons aged 60 and above;
older persons do not have families and do not have income/poor; and
older persons who require long term care. It provides care, treatment
and shelter for the old and sick older persons. Based on the number of
admissions, Rumah Ehsan (RE) are almost fully utilised. (Please see
Table 5 and graph chart below for the total number of residents by
gender and race from 2010-2013).
