Each organisation should educate its personnel to be sensitive to human rights, and to conduct its business with transparency and accountability to the public. 3.3 Civil society organisations should disseminate knowledge and proper understanding of human rights to people, strengthen networks at all levels to check on the abuse of power by governmental agencies. 3.4 Mass media should play an impartial role in the reflection of the majority of people’s opinions, particularly on the controversial issues with human rights aspect. 3.5 Independent bodies established by the Constitution should check on the state authorities under their respective mandates.
