CSOAccreditationCriteria
1.MinimumcriteriaforCSOaccreditation:
a. ThepresenceoftheCSOinitsstatedaddressandareaofoperationhas
beenvalidated;
a. Anidentifiedmembershipandleadership,anddefinedorganizationalstructure;
b. GoodstandingwithallgovernmentagenciesfromwhichtheCSOhasreceived
publicfunds;
a. Notindefaultorindelayinliquidatinganypublicfundsreceivedfromany
governmentagency;
a. Musthaveaproventrackrecordandgoodstandinginundertakingcivilsocietyworks;
b. MustnothaveanyDirector,Trustee,Officer,orkeypersonnelrelatedwithinthefourth
(4th)civildegreeofconsanguinityoraffinitytoanyDOHofficialinvolvedinthe
processingofitsaccreditation,oranyofficialoftheDOHunitorentityfundingthe
programorprojecttobeimplementedbytheCSO;and
c. Musthaveprovenlegalexistence.

2. AllCSOsapplyingforaccreditationmusthave operatedatleast
three(3)yearsbeforethedateofapplication foraccreditationin
theTechnicalAreasorFocusofActivitybeingappliedfor.
3. IncaseofacooperativewhichappliestobeaCSOpartner, the
submissionofacertificateofregistrationandcertificateof
complianceasissuedbytheCooperativeDevelopmentAuthority
(CDA)specificallyforthatpurposeincludingmeetingtheminimum
criteriastatedinthissection shallbesufficientforittoqualifyasa
CSOpartner.
4. Theminimumcriteriaprovidedherein shallbedeemedmodified
byanysubsequentlawprovidinganewsetofminimumcriteria
fortheaccreditationofCSOswithoutneedoffurtheramendments.
