Recommendations In consideration of the monitoring results and the New Normal this report recommends the State’s compliance with its obligations under the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disability, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women, the Magna Carta of Women (RA 9710) and the Rperoductive Health Law (RA 10354), particularly ensuring reasonable accomodation and social inclusion of persons with disability and their disability specific needs during the pandemic and the new normal and in ensuring gender-responsive and intersectional interventions and responses, including gender-based violence response. More specifically, the following recommendations are forwarded:
