Part 6 National Native Title Tribunal Division 2 Membership of the National Native Title Tribunal Section 110 Division 2—Membership of the National Native Title Tribunal 110 Membership of the Tribunal The membership of the Tribunal is as set out in the following table: MEMBERSHIP OF THE NATIONAL NATIVE TITLE TRIBUNAL Member Number to be appointed Class of member President One Deputy President Any number or none Persons who may be appointed (1) A Judge of the Federal Court; or Presidential (2) A former judge; or (3) A person who is, and has been for at least 5 years, enrolled as a legal practitioner of the High Court, of another federal court or of the Supreme Court of a State or Territory.
