Part 6 National Native Title Tribunal Division 1 Establishment, purpose and way of operating Section 107 Part 6—National Native Title Tribunal Division 1—Establishment, purpose and way of operating 107 Establishment of the National Native Title Tribunal A National Native Title Tribunal is established. 108 Function of the Tribunal Applications, inquiries and determinations (1) The Tribunal has the functions in relation to applications, inquiries and determinations given to it by Part 3 and Division 5. Mediation for Federal Court proceedings (1A) The Tribunal has the functions in relation to Federal Court proceedings given to the Tribunal by Division 4 of Part 4 and Division 4AA of this Part. Reconsideration of claims (1AA) The Tribunal has the functions in relation to applications for the reconsideration of claims made to the Tribunal under section 190E that are given to it under that section.
