Schools (Elementary, Middle, and High Schools) Teaching Tolerance, which is a project by the United States’ Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), a major human rights organization, published <A guide for administrators, counselors and teachers RESPONDING TO HATE AND BIAS AT SCHOOL> to provide a guideline that can prevent and solve problems related to hatred and prejudice at school. This guideline first addresses how to develop an overall culture and climate in schools to relieve anxiety and danger (Prevention), then discusses how to solve problems when a crisis occurs (Reactions), and lastly details how to create a long-term plan to establish a better school culture and develop capacity (Future Plans).
