Frequency of reporting and advising When asked about the current practice of including climate change perspectives in their investigation, two NHRIs (Maldives, India) said they always include these considerations, while the rest of the NHRIs said that they do sometimes (Figure 4). On the question of how often the NHRI report and advise the government and other stakeholders on a human rights-based approach to CCMA measures, two NHRIs (India, Bangladesh) indicated they do this regularly, while another two (Nepal, Pakistan) reported occasionally, and the remainder (Maldives, Sri Lanka) reported they rarely do (Figure 5).
