The initiative to establish the Family Court Complex, was in response to a Royal Order issued by His Majesty the King and upon the recommendation of Her Royal Highness the President of the Supreme Council for Women. The initiative aims to establish an independent building to ensure the privacy of the litigant couples and keep their children at a distance from courts hallways, allow greater privacy to the parties to a case, contribute to social stability, and take into account the psychological conditions surrounding personal status issues. 2.12. Recommendation: - To expand the establishment of Equal Opportunities Units in the ministries, government agencies, which have not done in order to pursue motivating the national model for integrating women’s needs in the development.
