In these public hearings, representatives from all sectors including Madrasa teachers, marriage registrars, Imams participated. 16 Group Focused Discussions and interview of 23 key informants had been done. In the consultations with the Deputy Commissioners, Police Supers and Civil Surgeons of 64 districts, the Divisional Commissioners, DIGS of Bangladesh Police and Divisional Directors of Health Divisions were present as Special Guests. 60 their psychology were taken from Keraniganj, Kashimpur, Comilla and Mymensingh jails. Information was collected from 373 victims of violence from One-stop Crisis Center of Dhaka, Rajshahi, Khulna Medical College Hospitals. Interview of women and children rape victims also was taken from the OCC of public hospitals through 32 clinical psychologists of Regional Trauma Counselling Center. Mixed methods were used in this research. Both qualitative and quantitative methods were used. On 19 June 2021, the committee arranged virtual consultation with learned Judges of 64 districts.
