Stakeholder Analysis
Stakeholder analysis is the process of idenfying the organisaon’s stakeholders and their
interests, assessing their influence, or how these impact the organisaon, to formulate
strategies for managing relaonships with them. At the strategic level, an organisaon
may conduct a broader review of stakeholder relaonships to inform the strategy-making
and objecve-seng process. Therefore, a stakeholder analysis was undertaken to gather
and analyse qualitave informaon to determine whose interests should be taken when
developing and implemenng this Strategic Plan. The table below presents the stakeholder analysis.
