Significance The NHRC will continue to work with the Legislative Yuan to ensure the passage of the amendments and the formulation of related laws and regulations. The NHRC will also propose annual administrative rules formulation plans to develop a complete set of internal regulations governing its organization, division of labor, handling of tasks, and management of human resources. 3. Expected outcomes Ensuring that the NHRC has a solid regulatory basis for the exercise of its authority; formulating standard operating procedures to streamline the NHRC’s operations. 22
