Annual Report 2012-2013 57th Session of Commission on Status of Women at United Nations 2.59 Dr. Ashok Sahu, Secretary General, NHRC-India participated as part of joint efforts of ICC/APF for a more active participation of NHRIs in the activities of the Commission on the Status of Women during its 57th Session at the United Nations Headquarters in New York from 3 to 8 March 2013. The session was held from 4 to 15 March 2013. The Session focused on the 'Elimination and Prevention of All Forms of Violence Against Women and Girls'.
