Appendix – Template for documenting a targeted
recruitment strategy addressing special measure
criteria
If an employer follows the practical steps set out in the following sections of the Guidelines, this
will assist in demonstrating that a proposed target recruitment strategy is a special measure
which is consistent with anti-discrimination law.
